Hi everyone,
My name is Ishita Nagpal. I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Marketing at Georgia State University. I am working as a Manager for Marketing RoundTable at Georgia State University and as a doctoral scholar at the Social Media Intelligence lab, Robinson College of Business.
I was born and raised in India. Though I explored various parts of India as I moved out from my hometown at 18 for higher education, coming to the USA is the primary worldwide move. I have been in Atlanta for a year and a half now, and to date, it has been a fantastic learning experience.
I joined as a master's student at GSU, and I was invited by BGS society just a few weeks ago. I am extremely grateful for this once-in-a-lifetime kind of opportunity. Knowing that there is someone out there to recognize all the hard work one puts in grad school has been eye-opening. Thank you, BGS.
The journey from being a master's to a Ph.D. student and now being a part of BGS is inspiring to push me harder.
