Welcome & Introductions

Hello My Fellow BGS Members!

My name is Mark Greer, and I am honored to be apart of such a distinguished honor society. I am currently four classes away from securing a Master of Business Administration degree at Emporia State University. I'm am super excited to be so close in accomplishing a major goal of mine!!!  I am 35 years old and a proud native of Memphis, TN. I have spent the majority of a decade doing sales and marketing in the sports and entertainment industry and working my way up to leadership roles with various companies. Currently, I am in transition of jobs. Unfortunately, during my last endeavor, I was one of the many fine people that were laid off due to the global pandemic.  Although the unfortunate happened, I couldn't ask for a better group of individuals to call collogues along with the substantial experience obtained. I served as the Head of Business Development in one of the regional territories for an up and coming hospitality brand by the name of OYO Hotels. Before that, I served as the Director of Marketing Partnerships and Services with the now-defunct Alliance of American Football for one of the league's eight football clubs, the Memphis Express. This has also given me time to take advantage and secure my degree. I am very excited to get to know my fellow BGS members more and hopefully network with you all on potential opportunities in the work force as well!
