    As many of us have currently transitioned to working from home during this global pandemic, do you have tips to share on how you've maximized your productivity? Do you find yourself working longer or harder? If you don't have an office at home, where have you been working? If you have children at home, how are you managing to ensure they've completed their schoolwork while also keeping up with your workload? 

    Here are some tips I've found to help with finding a balance:

    Hi Denise! 

    I am finding (with some of the tools I am building -> see attached PDF examples) that I'm working less on projects than I used to in an office ... perhaps because I'm paying better/closer attention to them?  Perhaps also because I get interrupted less?  

    Nonetheless, I'm having a good time creating these tools ... and, they have definitely made a difference ... because I (better) know how (efficiently - TIME perspective) I'm working ... and how other people are doing; who are working on joint projects with me.

    Hi Ken!

    Thanks for sharing! I am finding that having fewer interruptions has allowed me to focus on something for a longer period of time, which ultimately results in me finishing the task/project in less time than it would normally take if I were in the office.

    These trackers are a great way to track the amount of time spent on projects. I'm sure others will find these tools useful as well!
