I,m Fatile Ayobami Joshua from Nigeria with my first degree in (BSc. Ed.) Economics Education, a Master in (MA. Ed.) Educational Management and a diploma in Human Resource Management. I just graduated from MSc. Business Management programme of the Hong Kong Baptist University School of Business with a distinction. My passion and skill are in Human Capital Development/Talent Management, Entrepreneurship and Organizational Development. I have worked as an administrative and human resource personnel for different sizable organizations where I either helped them developed or enhanced their administrative and business processes, facilitated HR system, and align their HR strategies with the business strategy in order to achieve the business objectives and increase stakeholder's confidence. I look forward to working with a reputable management or organizational development consulting firm and or with the HR department of an employer of choice to deploy my passion and skill in helping the organization achieving its main objectives.
