Hello GBS!
My name is Legna Arencibia. I'm a Professional MBA Online student at Florida International University in Miami, Florida, specializing in Leadership. I am Manager of Business Process Analysis at Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), which recently went through the merger of two SaaS giants, Kronos and Ultimate Software, and the acquisition of PeopleDoc months prior to the merger. To support the integration of these three multi-national enterprises, I've focused my efforts on the alignment of cross-functional processes to unify systems, processes, and people. It's been and continues to be quite an experience. Before this, I worked at Florida Power & Light for 15 years in Customer Service, Information Technology, and Engineering.
I am an IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. My passion is servant leadership and most of my career has revolved around Process Improvement, Centers of Excellence, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Change Management. I am honored to have been invited to join this society and look forward to expanding my professional network.
