Hello Shalanda.
First, say that you are very brave by taking this next step in your career. Most people will keep themselves in their confort zone with their enterprises and not look beyond. I will provide my feedback, however this is just an opinion.
* I like your resume format, it is clean and readable.
* Structure each work experience as: Company and Position - role description - measurable achievements (with numbers). For example: Pfizer - project manager. Role: Manage portfolio of clinical trials for dermatology business unit. Achievements: more than 20 projects managed with less than 5% budget deviation...
* within Pharma and cosmetics companies, you grow mainly from the sales force. I think you are an ideal candidate for them. Find those companies that have products within your area of expertise, for example GSK or Pfizer have dermatology products, and target sales force positions. As you have extensive experience already, you can grow fast even if you begin from the ground.
* besides the CV, what is more important is the Cover Letter. Have a template and adapt for each employer.
* attend as many networking opportunities that your university clubs offer in the area you are most interested about. For example, I got a job offer once by attending those workshops.
wish you the best of luck
Irene
