I have been navigating this process of finding management positions within healthcare, and have yet to be successful.
So here is my conversation starter: what have you had success/where have you found success?
How have you networked? Sites? Professional affiliations?
Career coaches? Resume writers? James Whitaker? Lynda Raynier?

Much appreciation for any thoughts, efforts or time afforded for my behalf.

    Hi Laurel,

I know admittedly close to nothing about finding a job in the healthcare sector, but in general I would say networking is always a good idea. Ask colleagues and acquaintances in the sector if they know of any opening or have recommendations for your search. An interesting work by Mark Granovetter (it's called "Getting a Job" in case you're interested) suggested that finding a job is not just easier through social contacts, but usually also leads to greater satisfaction in the position. I am not sure how helpful this insight is, but maybe some food for thought.

    Best,
