Hi All!

My name is Patrick Boyan. I am a highly motivated; enterprising, investigative, social and creative MBA graduate student with business, project management and financial training. I am a fantastic organizer and break down complex problems into simple solutions. My financial, cross-functional, and manufacturing experience has allowed me to heavily rely on my ability to be a strategic team leader and focus on large scale team goals using intuitive execution. I chair RBC Bearings' cross functional New Product Integration Team, which directly engaged all facets of the business; such as design engineering all the way to project close out, ensuring successful shipment to the customer. I am a big picture strategic planner who is looking to contribute my ability, with a proven track record of successful execution, to a to a fast-paced and high growth organization.
