In for Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Business Admin.

How about something on Technology, now or some time later?

I like the Technology idea - but such a broad subject. Where do you think we should begin?

Welcome to ConnectBGS and thanks for participating.

Thanks Dick,

Yes I agree. Technology is a broad subject and interests will vary.

We can either have something on one aspect of Technology- say Artificial Intelligence, wearables, blockchain etc.
Or
We can have broad Industry related ones. For example- I follow Fintech (Finance & Tech) and Insurtech (Insurance & Tech). I'll be more interested to share about Technology and its impact on a specific industry. This creates a lot of awareness about where is the industry moving.

Thanks for all the feedback so far! I've been keeping track of the votes. Just to let everyone know we are looking for at least 5 interested members before we create a new community. Currently we have 3 communities with 3 members interested.

Why are we doing it this way?

We want to make sure that the discussions and communities reflect our member's interests. More interested members means more meaningful discussions and a better overall experience for everyone.

Thanks again to everyone that has taken the time to provide their interest!

Im new here and want to see if I can contribute.  I have a new app and tech that I've created called Intros and I would like to see how I can help BGS with it.

I would be willing to explore how I can extend the platform in a custom way to benefit BGS, or how we can utilize it as-is to bring benefit to all of our fellow BGS members.

After the end of my chemical engineering career, I earned my mba at age 56 hoping to broaden my options for my last decade. Then dealing with the recession and my share of life's twists and turns, I never really got much of chance to establish a new career in any particular area and before I knew it I'm unemployed and facing an unwelcome retirement. Not sure there is a community I'd fit into...

Being a graduate student, I would find an MBA community worth my time.

Hey Everyone,

Over the past few years the field of business analytics has grown so much. It involves the skill of business + data science combined. Would love it if we could have a community around "Business Analytics" or "Data Science for Business".

Thank you!
