My name is Sid Chakravarty. I became a BGS member in 2017 as I completed my second undergraduate degree from University of Illinois (Springfield). I currently work for Health Care Service Corporation (Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL, MT, NM, OK, and TX) as Senior Director SDO Process Excellence. In my current role, I am responsible for driving change within Operations. I am a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 18 years of experience in leading high impact process improvement projects across various industry verticals and geographic locations.
