Hi all,
My name is Aaron Maiolo, and I'm a Senior at Pace NYC earning a Finance BBA with a minor in Politics. I'm thrilled to be a member of Beta Gamma Sigma!
I live in southern Fairfield County, Connecticut. Currently I work as a Jr Accountant for a small interior design firm in Connecticut, although I'm certainly looking for opportunities at an internship- or entry-level in Finance. My long-term goals involve a career in M&A, ideally focused on the healthcare sectors. Prior to my current job I spent several years managing a busy medical practice in Connecticut.
My passion really lies with behavioral finance. In this increasingly quant-driven world, bringing that perspective balanced by an understanding of the mathematics behind the data-driven methods is something that I feel a lot of firms could benefit from.
