Hi everyone! My name is Kari Miller, and I'm a proud Sam Houston State University alum. I currently serve as Assistant to the County Judge in Polk County, Texas, where I've spent nearly a decade overseeing budget development and administration across 30+ county departments, along with grants and compliance, HR, procurement, and public information.

I'm at a point in my career where I'm ready to take the skills I've built in public administration and put them to work in a field I'm deeply passionate about - nature and environmental conservation. I'm hoping this community will help me connect and network with others working in that space and open doors to a role where my background can make a meaningful contribution.
