My name is Karla Ashford, and I'm currently pursuing my MBA at Cleveland State University. I'm honored to have recently been inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma and to join such an exceptional community of high-achieving business professionals.

I bring experience in marketing and customer success within the manufacturing industry, where I support both customer relationships and internal operations. My role has allowed me to develop strong communication, problem-solving, and process management skills.
