I know this isn't the most active site, but I know there are experienced and smart people here, and so if anyone has tips for me please reach out!
I am a soon to be graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelors degree in business administration. I have accepted a full time job at a credit union, and will be getting into the world of personal banking and bank services.
As I enter this new position, I am interested in pursuing side gigs or side business. Though I am most strongly considering finance, I am open to other fields. This summer I am planning to earn the SIE, and pursue some other financial certifications. I would appreciate any advice that you all might have both for earning financial certifications, and for exploring business part time in this field. I realize there are many pyramid schemes and mlms that I DO NOT want to be a part of, so I would love if anyone could share some legitimate financial opportunities or point me in the direction of good resources as I begin to explore this field more.
