Welcome & Introductions

Greetings from NYC!

I'm Lawrence Chang, a procurement and supply chain professional with over a decade of experience driving strategic sourcing, vendor relations, and operational improvements across sectors like education, healthcare, retail, and food services.

Currently, I'm the Director of Procurement at Per Scholas, where I built the organization's first procurement department from the ground up. I've led the rollout of key systems and policies that have streamlined purchasing, enhanced cost control, and supported scalable growth across multiple campuses. I'm especially passionate about process design, cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging technology to create efficient, forward-thinking operations.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, hiking, weightlifting, and Muay Thai. I'm always open to connecting with fellow professionals in procurement, operations, and tech - feel free to reach out!
