Hello! It's great to meet you all. My name is Janisse, and I'm excited to join the community. I'm in the final semester of my HR management bachelor's degree program at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Prior to this, I earned an associate degree in administration from Massasoit Community College in 2022. My long-term career goal is to specialize in employee relations, as I am passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring fair treatment for all employees.
