Hello everyone,
My name is Heidi Alexander, and I'm an ICF certified executive coach and consultant based in San Diego. I hold a JD and a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Bayreuth (Germany), and I recently finished my master's in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD).
I am the founder of Top Leaders International, a coaching and consulting firm focusing on maximizing engagement and productivity and improving leadership effectiveness. At Top Leaders International, I work with top level leadership (i.e., Director, VP, President, and C-Level) in medium to large organizations.
Recently I founded Pink Executives, making executive coaching and training accessible to professional women below C-Level who want to accelerate their careers and overcome the external (e.g., traditional/male-dominated work environments) and internal (e.g., imposter syndrome) challenges they are facing.
