Hi, All!
My name is Michael Rupp. I am a very new member to BGS and am excited to have the opportunity to network with all of you. I began my career after receiving my BS from Purdue University in the hospitality industry working for large flags like Marriott and Hilton. After 12 years in hotels, I pivoted to the healthcare space. I've been doing that for almost 11 years now and currently work for an organization that is heavily focused on the Value Based Care model. I am the Director of Operations for the state of Indiana. I'm very passionate about what I do and excited for the continued growth of our organization. I'm also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and spend my free time helping others improve their lives!
I'm in my final class for my MBA/MHA at the University of Southern Indiana and am excited about graduating next month. Looking forward to meeting some great people and building my ongoing network of resources!!
