What I hope to gain from this community:

I am beyond thrilled and honored to be inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma community! Ranking in the top 20% of my program at Western New England University has been a rewarding journey, and joining this prestigious network feels like the perfect next chapter.

My primary goal here is connection. I am eager to expand my horizons by meeting high-achieving peers and experienced professionals from diverse industries. I truly believe that the best way to grow is by learning from the success and insights of others. I'm looking forward to engaging in meaningful conversations, exploring mentorship opportunities, and contributing to this community however I can.

Thank you for the warm welcome, McKenna! I am currently finishing my MSBA at Western New England University. I am deeply interested in exploring Organizational Behavior specifically how we can use data analytics to improve employee well-being and team dynamics. As I look toward a PhD for Fall 2027, I'm excited to leverage the BGS network to connect with researchers in this field!
