Hello, everyone!

My name is Crystle Stephens, and I am honored to be a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma community. I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and most recently my MBA from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

I currently work in Career and Technical Education, where I help students develop foundational knowledge in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. Before entering education, I built extensive professional experience in business operations, project management, sales strategy, employee development, compliance, customer experience, and organizational leadership.

I truly enjoy the opportunity to combine my business experience with education and to help prepare students for their futures. As I continue growing professionally, I am also interested in expanding my network, learning from other business leaders, and remaining open to future opportunities where my experience and education can create a meaningful impact.
