Hi everyone, my name is Gilbert Gallarzo, and I’m honored to be joining Beta Gamma Sigma through Saint Xavier University.
I’m currently completing my MBA in Artificial Intelligence, where my work focuses on AI project management, governance, and deploying AI solutions in real-world environments.
Professionally, I serve as a Correctional Officer with the Cook County Sheriff’s Office, operating in high-pressure environments where risk assessment, decision-making, and human behavior are critical. This experience has shaped how I approach AI—not just as a technical tool, but as a system that must support real decisions under real constraints.
Through my academic work, I’ve developed and explored projects including AI-assisted detainee intake systems, predictive emergency response optimization, and AI-driven operational strategy.
I’m particularly interested in connecting with professionals working at the intersection of AI, public sector innovation, and strategic decision systems.
