Hi everyone, it is so nice to meet you! My name is Alexandra Atmadzhova. I am really excited and happy to be part of BGS Community!
I'm currently pursuing my MBA degree at the University of Massachusetts Boston, specializing in marketing. I will graduate this May. Started last year and honestly enjoyed my academic experience a lot. I am originally from Bulgaria, but I moved in Boston, MA almost 3 years ago. My academic journey has helped me not only expand my knowledge but also adjust to my new life in the US, for which I am very grateful.
What I hope to gain from this community is the opportunity to expand my professional network, engage in knowledge exchange, and explore career opportunities that align with my professional goals.
My first master's degree is in Wine and High-Alcoholic Beverages Technology (a wine expert). After graduation, I began working for the government in its wine departments. Later, I completely changed my career direction and became the author, TV host, and producer of the first wine television show in Bulgaria (Wine Odyssey), which aired for seven years until this January. This was a highly valuable experience, as it allowed me to manage both the creative and business aspects of production.
With my new MBA degree, I am excited to pursue opportunities where I can further develop my skills and contribute to the growth and success of an organization.
Apart from that I am a Lions Clubs International's member for more than 20 years. One of the largest volunteer organizations, helping people in need.
I enjoy connecting with people and exchanging ideas, and I look forward to meeting you, learning from your experiences, and collaborating within this community.
