Hello BGS Community,

I'm grateful for the opportunity to join Beta Gamma Sigma and become part of a global network that represents academic distinction, ethical leadership, and professional excellence. I am currently completing my MBA in Accounting and Finance at The University of Texas at Dallas, where I have been honored as a Scholar with High Distinction.

My background combines engineering, finance, and analytics. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University in India, and my professional journey has evolved to focus on financial analysis, strategic planning, and value creation. Through roles in business development consulting and economic leadership, I have worked on budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and performance reporting to support informed decision-making.

Previously, I served as CFO for a construction firm in India, where I focused on strengthening financial controls, optimizing costs, and improving profitability. More recently, I have worked with organizations in the U.S. on market analysis and dashboard-driven insights, while also contributing to academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, mentoring students, and supporting faculty initiatives.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I strongly value mentorship and continuous learning. I believe leadership is most impactful when it combines technical expertise with responsibility toward people and communities.

Being part of Beta Gamma Sigma is a significant milestone for me, and I look forward to engaging with fellow members, exchanging ideas, and building connections that transcend industries and borders.

I am a dedicated and results-oriented Industrial and Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, quality engineering, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. I bring a strong foundation in optimizing industrial workflows, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance operational performance and product quality.

Throughout my professional journey, I have contributed to projects focused on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and strengthening quality systems. I consistently work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to solve complex operational challenges and deliver measurable results. I strive to balance technical precision with effective teamwork and communication to support both daily operations and strategic goals.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering ITESM, where I developed core competencies in systems optimization, logistics, lean manufacturing, Moreover, I did an exchange program during my  7^th semester in LIUC university where I did deep in knowledge of industrial analytics. Currently I am doing My Master degree on Management with the Gies College Illinois university – Urbana Champaign. My academic background strengthened my problem-solving skills and prepared me for real-world engineering challenges.

I am passionate about contributing to global teams, engaging in international as I speak English, Spanish, Italian and French, I thriving on collaboration, and expanding my expertise in production engineering, process design, and operational leadership. I am looking for opportunities where I can make a positive impact, embrace continuous learning, and grow professionally within dynamic organizations.

Outside of Work I do play the piano and the violin, also I like to participate on the Church Chorus by singing. I like sports like soccer and Tennis (Also pickleball) also, I like to travel and stay active.
