Herb has launched 35 Space Shuttle missions, 12 satellite missions,
and is instrument-rated with a private pilot’s license, but has his feet
firmly planted on the ground when it comes to providing practical
solutions for technology issues to companies big and small. Working
for the likes of NASA, the Department of Defense, the National
Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and Lockheed Martin have
earned Herb the coveted Spaceflight Awareness Award. Herb’s
problem-solving and critical thinking skills transfer perfectly into his
company Complete Technology Solutions, LLC which he founded in
2009 to provide Chief Information Officer services, Cyber Security
and Compliance services and IT Consulting to businesses.
Herb has a passion for providing much-needed value to businesses
with a more personal customer experience in the age of technology.
Early in his career, Herb spent time in the Transportation and
Logistics, Retail, and Food service industries giving him a wellrounded
background with different applications of technology in
various industries and how to handle technological issues combined
with daily market demands and uncertainties.
Herb has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering
from the University of Arkansas (Go Razorbacks!) and graduated
Beta Gamma Sigma with a Masters of Business Administration with a
Concentration in Management of Technology Leadership from the
University of Houston.
When not using his skills to help clients, you’ll find Herb on the golf
course, carving up a black diamond on his snowboard, hitting the
twisters on his motorcycle, and hanging out with his wife and three
kids
