Ever since I was a child, I was always told that I was a social butterfly. I am an extroverted, sensing, thinking, and perceiving individual who enjoys building new relationships. I always thrive to keep a big smile on my face even when times are weary.
I am currently a undergraduate at the University of Southern Indiana double majoring in Accounting & Finance, as well as a minor in Marketing. I am seeking to graduate with the eligible credit hours for the CPA exam. After graduation (Spring 2020), I am planning to get my MBA.
Through the spring and summer of 2019, I was a cost accounting intern at SABIC Industries in Mount Vernon, IN. From working there, I built my communication skills, analyzation skills, and organization skills. I learned a lot about time management considering I was a full-time student at USI and taking 6 summer classes. Not only am I a full-time student and work about 30+ hours a week, I also participate in many clubs, such as the Beta Alpha Psi, Beta Gamma Sigma, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, where I am the secretary. I am also the VP of Alumni and on the external relations committee in my fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi.
Currently, I am a Financial reporting/Private Equity & Investments intern at SS&C Technologies in Evansville, IN where I work numerous hedge funds from clients all over the world.
I am currently looking for intern and job opportunities for the Spring of 2020 and the near future.
--I love all types of genres of music. My favorite artists are Jay Z, Kendrick Lamar, Fall Out Boy, Paramore, J Cole, Green Day, Queen, The Journey, and Brendon Urie (just to name a few). I am also a huge Beyoncé fan.
