Eligibility: Seats for the upcoming event are limited and exclusive to members of the Hong Kong Alumni Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma (“HKBGS”). Interested Beta Gamma Sigma (“BGS”) members* can apply for a life-time HKBGS membership by paying a one-time fee of HKD 400 at

*Obtaining lifetime BGS membership with does not automatically give you membership in any local alumni chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma. Bio of Mr. David Grimme:
Mr. David Grimme is the Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific and Middle East at HSBC, a role he has held since 2020. He is a seasoned banking executive with a distinguished career spanning over 36 years, specializing in building and managing large-scale banking operations across diverse geographies including North America, the UK/Europe and Asia. His deep expertise encompasses the full spectrum of operations management, which his analytical and strategic approach to complex operational challenges is grounded in his education, having earned a Bachelor of Industrial Management from Purdue University.
Mr. Grimme's extensive journey with HSBC features a series of progressively senior global leadership roles. Prior to his current position, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Retail Banking and Wealth Management based in London and as the Global Head of Operations based in Hong Kong. A key architect of the bank's offshore operations network, he previously led HSBC Global Resourcing, with responsibility for offshore operations in countries such as the Philippines, China and Malaysia.
Throughout his career, Mr. Grimme has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive operational excellence and strategic growth on a global scale. In this coffee with CXO session, he will share key insights and lessons from his journey.
