HKBGS Alumni Chapter Annual General Meeting

The coming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of HKBGS will be held at 7:30 pm on 28 May 2026 (Thursday) via Zoom. 

For registration, please email hkbgs.alumnichapter@gmail.com with your full name, email, year of induction and university of your induction by 26 May 2026 (Tuesday), so that you can be admitted to the meeting. 

For those members who want to vote at the said AGM but cannot attend the meeting, please fill in the Proxy Form and send it back to hkbgs.alumnichapter@gmail.com by 26 May 2026 (Tuesday). 

In addition to nominations for the next term in 2026/2027. The new ExCom will be elected by the members of HKBGS at the AGM. The newly elected ExCom will elect its own officers.
