Our course offers structured training on tools and techniques to support your career growth, combined with an accountability group to help you stay on track with your career goals. The course includes 4 virtual classes; downloadable templates and tools; a career growth action plan; and accountability partners to keep you on track.
Module one: Web of Work- Understand the 12 basic needs and how your current job does (or does not) meet them. Define the give/get requirements of your job and relationships.
Module Two: STARR Stories and Career Growth Strategies – Craft compelling stories that highlight your experiences and skills and develop strategies to advance to the next stage of your career.
Module Three: Strategic Networking and Showing Up With Confidence – Learn Techniques to confidently network and expand your professional connections, regardless of whether you are an introvert or extravert.
