Originally born in South Africa from English parents, Sean grew up living in 3 different countries along the Atlantic Ocean (South Africa, United Kingdom, and the USA). After graduating with his undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA, Sean relocated to Bristol, England to begin his professional career at Rolls-Royce as an Engineering Graduate Trainee on numerous military engine programs, including a permanent role as a Development Engineer for the LiftSystem on the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
In 2010, Sean accepted a new role with the company in Indianapolis, Indiana as a Development Project Engineer and then Integrated Project Team Leader for commercial airline engine programs. During this time, Sean completed his dual degree Master program with Indiana University and Thunderbird School of Global Manager to obtain his MBA & Masters in Global Management.
Following these academic achievements, Sean accepted a new role in the company in 2015 outside of Berlin, Germany with Rolls-Royce Deutschland as Assistant Chief of Sub-Systems for new Business Aviation engine NPI programs.
After 4 years, in 2018, Sean was recommended to apply for the role of Sales Director for Rolls-Royce Business Aviation based in Reston, Virginia, which he was awarded, managing all aftermarket services contracts and customers along the United States East Coast region.
In 2021, Sean left Rolls-Royce to pursue a new challenge as the Senior Vice President - Aerospace for SCHROTH Safety Products in Pompano Beach, Florida. Sean is accountable for revenue generation, sales performance, marketing, and customer service for the business.
Sean is married to his wife Jennifer, and both enjoy spending their time traveling and spending time with their Golden Retriever, Maxwell, and family. Sean is an active soccer player and golfer, and is studying for his Private Pilot's License.
