Bio

Dr. Eduardo Enrique Chang is an American Trained Physician in practice since 2003. His areas of interest include asthma, allergic rhinitis, chronic cough, COPD, emphysema, sleep disorders and ILD. Dr. Chang has served as pulmonary Faculty at UC Davis, family practice residency program and Tulane University School of Medicine. He Holds academic affiliation as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at University of Texas Medical Branch. He also has a particular interest in continuing medical education and has served as a speaker for Boehringer Ingelheim, American Lung Association, AWAKE among others. Dr. Chang is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He is a member of The American College of Healthcare Executives. 

He attended College and Medical School at Loma Linda University School of Arts and Science in Riverside, CA, with a BS in Biochemistry and Biology/ Microbiology and was in the Honors Program. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1991. He also attended Loma Linda University, School of Medicine, where he received his Doctorate in Medicine in 1995. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine in 1998 and Post Doctoral Fellow in n Pulmonology Sleep and Critical Care in 2001 and Allergy and Immunology in 2003. Dr. Chang Is also completing an MBA In Healthcare Management at The University of Texas at Tyler 2018 and a MPH from Liberty University Lynchburg Virginia 2023. 

Dr. Chang began practicing medicine in California in 2003 and subsequently moved to Texas where he has been practicing Pulmonology, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine in The Woodlands, Texas since 2007.​
