A BGS Atlanta Speaker Event 2/26

Todd Stanton has seen many disruptive workplace situations in the past 24 years. His takeaways include: The 95% that are doing the work deserve the attention. You can spend your time more productively if you recognize the truisms about the other 5% and the situations they create. His approach is a mix of being practical, focusing on what is important, the realities of employment law and sarcasm. Please join us for an interactive discussion about working through employee and employer situations in practical ways. Todd will share lessons and stories of recognizing the mindsets and tradeoffs that make unpleasant and contentious situations clearer and, better yet, how to stay out of them. As an employment lawyer, Todd works with a system of both rigid rules and procedures and the feelings and behaviors of individuals (from employees to employers to regulators). He helps clients focus on their overarching goals and follow the wisdom of the Serenity Prayer. Todd is an Atlanta native, majored in Psychology and graduated from the UGA Law School. He is a board member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of DeKalb County. He started Stanton Law in 2011 and published “The 95% Rule” in 2024.
