Beta Gamma Sigma is happy to share a sample copy of the 2025.2026 annual chapter survey for your review prior to its official release. This is a sample and chapters must still submit their official responses using the survey link that will be distributed in early April. The survey will be issued through Survey Monkey and sent to one designated chapter contact, typically the chapter advisor. We encourage chapters to work with their IT department to ensure emails from SurveyMonkey are successfully delivered to the recipient’s inbox.
To help ensure the survey link is sent to the appropriate contact, please notify your chapter manager or email our team at chapters@betagammasigma.org by March 31, 2026, with the name of the designated recipient.
The survey email will be sent from chapters@betagammasigma.org via SurveyMonkey member@surveymonkeyuser.com with the subject line Beta Gamma Sigma 2025-2026 Collegiate Chapter Annual Survey
Once distributed in early April, chapters will have until July 3, 2026, to complete and submit their responses. Submission of the survey is required for Honor Roll eligibility.
