She and her team have built numerous campaigns, programs, and initiatives to inspire and engage young people globally in the pursuit of leadership, employment, and entrepreneurship. Beginning at the age of thirteen, Jen started a series of small businesses, and then, at nineteen, launched the Young Entrepreneurs Network, one of the first online communities on CompuServ, connecting emerging entrepreneurs from 75 countries. Throughout her 20s, Jen was instrumental in spearheading the youth-entrepreneurship movement in America, garnering 300 million media impressions while exposing the new trend. In her 30s, she launched YSN.com (Your Success Now) as the first professional social-networking group for young people, engaging 25,000 members from 160 countries. In her early 40s, she and her business partner, David Stine, produced the first 100-country contest, The Subway Global Challenge, and then launched The NextGen in Franchising Campaign, connecting young people from 50 countries with big aspirations for growing their own chains to the biggest brand builders in the franchise industry. From all that, EYP was born!
EYP is a life-changing online course that inspires young adults to craft career and educational pathways that are totally customized to them.
