The BGS Virtual Book Club

Join BGS members from around the world for a dynamic, twice-yearly book club experience designed to spark insight and deepen or support your leadership journey. Books will be chosen to spark global connections, inspire ethical leadership, and support lifelong learning, all of which are core values of BGS. 

Whether you’re a recent graduate or a seasoned executive, the BGS Virtual Book Club is your chance to reflect, connect, and grow through shared reading and thoughtful conversations. 

How it Works

  • Twice-Yearly Sessions 

    • We’ll meet twice each year to discuss a carefully selected book aligned with a focus on impactful leadership and communication. 

  • One-Hour Virtual Discussions 

    • Each session will conclude with a one-hour Zoom discussion, featuring small group breakout rooms to allow for deeper, more personal conversations with fellow members. 

  • Engaging Themes & Insights 

    • Conversations will be guided by key themes from the book, designed to spark reflection, encourage knowledge-sharing, and connect ideas to real-world leadership experiences.
